10 top Countries you need to visit atleast once in a lifetime

Travel is the one thing that I love more than food.

It is amazing to think that there is another world out there, a world with people who have different cultures, lives, languages, and a different worldview.

You will be awestruck by the beauty of nature, and you will find it hard to describe cities that are so vibrant.

Although I will be truthful, I have not been able to travel much beyond India and the Middle East, I find that the excitement and thrill I get when I go to new places is unmatched.

My soul is satisfied with me, my camera, and beautiful places I can visit.

This is a list of 10 must-visit places. It's a shorter version of my travel bucket list that I hope to visit one day. I am sharing it here so you have the option to add them to your own list if you like any of these choices.

1. Iceland

For forever, this Nordic Island country has been at the top of my travel bucket list. This country is full of incredible natural beauty.

Road-trippers and travelers who love to travel are fond of the Ring Road of Iceland. It runs around the whole country.

Fun fact: Iceland's hot springs provide 95% of the water, while glaciers supply cold water. Here you might also see the Northern Lights.

2. Italy

Italy is home to many famous cities and towns like Rome, Venice, and Pompeii. It also has many other places such as Milan, Milan, and many others with different cultures, architecture, and landscapes. This makes it an ideal country for tourists of all ages. Its historic centers are home to art that has been widely celebrated around the world and has inspired many artists and designers.

This country is a top pick because of its Italian food culture. You can't miss the Italian gelato, fresh cheese, and pizza when you come to Italy!

3. Oman

This beautiful country is home to some of the most stunning natural features in the Middle East, including sandy mountains, blue waters, wadis, and islands, as well as a large expanse of the Arabian desert.

There are many spots for camping. You can also take a Dhow Cruise to see dolphins.

Oman is a country I've been to many times. It's only a few hours from Dubai by road, making it a great road trip.

Musandam, Salalah, and other beautiful places in Oman are some of my favorite spots. This country is for adventure lovers.

4. Turkey

Turkey is a country located in the middle between Asia, Africa, and Europe. It was the center of the Ottoman Empire, one of the most powerful ruling dynasties in history. Because of their history and geographical location, there are many Imperial buildings, mosques, and churches that have been preserved throughout Turkey.

The country has a hybrid culture, which combines elements from Asia and Europe. Turkish food is loved all over the globe, with my favorites being their Baklava and Pide. You will also love their Turkish Breakfasts.

5. Switzerland

Switzerland, located in the middle of the Alps is home to stunning scenery all around.

There are many beautiful meadows, lakes, snow-capped mountains, and lots of greenery throughout the country.

You can visit many cities and towns with a well-connected train network, starting in Zurich's cosmopolitan streets to the Montreux lakesides.

There are many outdoor activities that you can do throughout Switzerland, including skiing, paragliding, kayaking, and hiking.

6. Norway

Adventure seekers love Norwegian fjords. It boasts stunning scenery, picturesque roads, vibrant cities, and both traditional and contemporary architecture.

While most tourists prefer to visit the country during summer because of the beautiful weather and longer days, it is equally stunning throughout the year.

Norway is another country from which you can see the Northern Lights, which every person should see at least once in their lives.

7. The Maldives

The Maldives is often associated with white sandy beaches and clear blue waters.

The country has approximately 1,200 islands. Booking into a private resort is the best way for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Maldives is a predominantly Muslim country. This means that Halal food can be found in almost all parts of the country.

8. New Zealand

New Zealand is another island country that I have added to my bucket list. It has beautiful hiking trails with stunning views of mountains, lakes, and vibrant greenery.

The country is divided into two main islands: the North Island is most well-known for its white sand beaches. You could also find volcanoes and other geothermal wonders here. The South Island is where you should visit if your goal is to see snowcapped mountains or glaciers.

New Zealand is also a popular location for filming. The Hobbit, Chronicales of Naina, Lord of the Rings, and Lord of the Rings are just a few of the movies that have had scenes shot there.

9. England, United Kingdom

England, a country that is part of the United Kingdom is full of beautiful architecture, historical buildings, and bustling urban centers.

London is both the capital of England and the UK. It is known for its iconic red buses, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge, and many other landmarks.

Many museums, castles, and palaces can be found throughout the country, highlighting its rich history.

Fish and Chips are a popular dish in England and must be tried when visiting England.

10. India

India? Yes! Yes! I've been to India and its various states several times in my life. But there's still so much beauty I need to see.

India is rich in heritage and diversity. You'll be able to see many landmarks and experience a wide range of cultures. Indian cuisine is loved by many people around the world. Each region of India has its own distinct flavors. It is a truly amazing country.
